The next weekly Q and A session for owners will be held on July 27, 2024 at 9 AM HST. It will also include discussions about the proposed TVR ordinance changes.

Key upcoming dates:

                     August 12 - Work begins on buiding 5.
                     August 9   - Board meeting - remaining plumbing budget proposed and 2025/26 assessment determined.
                     September 13 - Building 8 to be completed.
